3.2 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) bigwin99 account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms. bigwin99 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close all accounts associated with the same individual in such circumstances and to forfeit any associated balances.

3.3 KYC Verification

bigwin99 is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all registered players. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS/GSIS card, PRC ID, Passport, Driver's License, and Voter's ID. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawal until verification is complete.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information and must promptly update any details that change. bigwin99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information is discovered.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bigwin99 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bigwin99 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must immediately notify bigwin99 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.2 Account Activity

All activity conducted through your bigwin99 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is considered to have been made by you and is your sole responsibility. bigwin99 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access arises from your failure to maintain account security.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

bigwin99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform. Where permitted by applicable law, bigwin99 will communicate the reason for account closure to the affected player.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. bigwin99 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance. Bonus Funds in dormant accounts will be forfeited after the dormancy threshold is reached. Dormant account fees will not reduce an account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a successful verification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bigwin99 currently accepts deposits and/or withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted methods are subject to change at bigwin99's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (GCash / Maya / GrabPay / QR Ph / 7-Eleven CLiQQ); ₱200 (bank transfers).
• Deposits are credited to your bigwin99 wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.
• bigwin99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• bigwin99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 (GCash / Maya); ₱500 (bank transfers).
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name that match the name on your verified bigwin99 account.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• bigwin99 targets GCash withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating conditions. Actual processing times may vary.
• bigwin99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such review.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bigwin99 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. bigwin99 may place temporary holds on withdrawals pending completion of required AML reviews without liability to the player for any resulting delay.

6.1 General Betting Rules

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product.

6.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is confirmed only when bigwin99's systems have accepted and recorded it, which is reflected by a confirmation message or reference number displayed to the Player. bigwin99 shall not be liable for bets that were not successfully recorded due to connectivity issues, system errors, or other technical failures occurring outside bigwin99's direct control.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game and betting market on bigwin99 has defined minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the relevant table, game, or market. bigwin99 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of maximum limits will be reduced or voided at bigwin99's discretion.

6.4 Void Bets

bigwin99 reserves the right to void bets placed on games or events that were subject to technical errors, erroneous odds, corrupt data, or any circumstances rendering the market invalid. In such cases, stake amounts will be returned to the Player's balance. bigwin99 will not be liable for any losses or expected winnings arising from void bet situations.

6.5 Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest or obvious error in displayed odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" — bigwin99 reserves the right to correct such errors and, where applicable, void bets placed at erroneous odds. bigwin99 shall not be obligated to honor bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from system errors or data feed failures.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Detection of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7.4 Promotions for Philippine Players

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bigwin99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least five (5) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
